Through several years of research, planning, vision trips and relationship-building, Seth McManus is planning to help start a Globalscope campus ministry in Gqeberha, South Africa, to empower and serve students at Nelson Mandela University.
Tim Ross is many things: a pastor, professor, missionary, husband, dad, and citizen of the Cherokee Nation. In the 1980’s and 90’s, Tim and his family served as CMF missionaries among the Maasai of Kenya and upon returning to the US, he served as pastor of the Hopwood Christian Church at Milligan University for the next 27 years. Tim is an instructor at Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan and a consultant with NAIITS, a seminary created by Christians of the First Nations.
Isabel Miller entered university at Georgia Tech as a business major, never thinking that she would be a missionary or work abroad. But when she got involved with a campus ministry on Georgia Tech’s campus called CCF, she says that “Little by little, through different ways, just step by step, God changed my heart and sort of shifted my eyes toward this kind of work.”
Otto McFarland studied music education in university and fully planned on becoming a music teacher after graduation before feeling a call toward missions in his last semester. After discussing this with professors and the Director of Globalscope, he decided that he wanted to pursue international campus ministry.
Join us in praying for the many countries and regions where CMF serves. Each month, from April 2023 to March 2024, we will focus on a different area of the world, praying that God would lead us to those people who have a passion for sharing the hope of Christ through intercultural service.

Mission trips and child sponsorship at the Missions of Hope school in Gitathuru, Kenya, have led the West Valley Christian Church, West Hills, California, to an even bigger vision: purchasing property and renovating it for a new church plant in the Gitathuru community!
