Our leadership is committed to guide CMF with integrity and in ways that glorify God. Our directors and staff facilitate and support the work of our team members from our home office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Executive Director — Dr. Lines oversees the mission and vision of CMF International and is the principal link between the Board of Directors and CMF team members and staff.
Before returning to CMF in 2017, Kip served as Professor of Intercultural Studies at Hope International University in Fullerton, Calif. (2012-2017). He and his wife, Katy, served alongside Turkana Christians in northern Kenya for nine years with CMF (1999-2008) and in pastoral church ministry at Hopwood Christian Church, Tenn., for four years (1995-1999). Kip graduated from Milligan College (BA) and Emmanuel Christian Seminary (MAR). Having earned his Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary, he is deeply concerned with encouraging authentic Christianity in local contextual forms around the world. Kip and Katy have two sons, Patrick and Brian, and live in the Englewood community of Indianapolis.
Church Catalyst Ministries Director — David oversees our church-planting ministries, including new fields research.
Finance Director — Doug oversees the management and distribution of funds for CMF, team members, and fields according to the budget and guidelines set up by the Board of Directors, while ensuring competent bookkeeping procedures.
Director of Marketplace Ministries — M. oversees the development of our holistic ministries that create spiritual and economic transformation by discipling leaders who advance the Kingdom of God in their businesses and communities.
Director of Missionary Care and Development — Juli directs our care of missionaries in times of need and leads our efforts in further development of our missionaries and teams, helping to equip them better for the ministries in which they serve.
Communication Director — Dan formulates, implements, and evaluates communication strategies that will further the mission of the organization and ensure a consistent message, and oversees all projects for print, digital communications, multimedia, web, and conventions.
Director of Advancement — Erin provides direct leadership and oversight for all external operations, including fundraising, development, communication and mobilization.
Director of Mobilization — Jake networks with churches, colleges and campus ministries to locate and develop missionary candidates for CMF.
Globalscope Director — Phil oversees CMF’s international campus ministries around the world, as well as recruiting and fundraising for these ministries.
Liz Acosta is a staff member at Mountain Christian Church and serves on the Board Governance and Advancement committees.
David Case is Lead Pastor at Northwest Christian Church and serves on the Finance and Programs committees.
Bob Clemens is a retired executive who serves as the Finance Committee Chair and on the Advancement Committee.
Drew Depler works for Christian Financial Resources and serves on the Finance and Advancement committees.
Carlos Franco is a business owner and serves on the Finance and Programs committees.
Rick Grover is the Lead Pastor at East 91st Street Christian Church and serves as Board Secretary and on the Board Governance and Programs committees.
Jamie Haney is Corporate Vice President and General Counsel at Novo Nordisk Inc. Ms. Haney has 13 years of corporate legal and healthcare leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and private law sectors. She holds degrees from Purdue University and DePaul University College of Law. Jamie serves on the Board Governance and Advancement committees.
Craig Hanson serves at Connection Pointe Christian Church and is a member of the Finance and Advancement committees.
Kristen Hodge works for National Bank of Indianapolis and serves as Advancement Committee Chair and on the Finance Committee.
Jennifer Johnson serves at Johnson University and is on the Government and Advancement committees.
Roy Lawson is a retired pastor and former CMF International staff member and serves on the Governance and Programs committees.
Warren Miller a retired physician, is Governance Committee Chair and also serves on the Programs Committee.
Nancy Pace, is a retired physician who serves as Board Chair/Executive Committee Chair. She is also on the Board Governance and Advancement committees.
Julie Ronde is a CPA and serves on the Finance and Programs committees.
Dale Sachtleben is a retired executive and serves on the Finance and Advancement committees.
Jeff Swaney is a staff member at Eastside Christian Church and serves as Programs Committee Chair and on the Board Governance and Programs committees.
David Van Wagenen was missions chair of his home church in Hawaii and a CMF board member from 1978 until 1983, when he and his family joined the Kenya Field Team. The family continued serving on CMF teams in Kenya, Ethiopia and Eritrea until retirement in 2014. David and Marsha returned to the Kaimuki Christian Church in Hawaii, where David now oversees small group ministries and leads a disciple-making ministry. David serves on the Board Governance and Programs committees.
Associate Board Members
Lindsay Hicks serves in full-time ministry with Sojourn Collegiate Ministry. She is based in the Boston area. Lindsay serves on the Board Governance and Programs committees.
