Meet Jordan and Katie Yeggy: Following God’s Call to Guatemala

From an early age, both Jordan and Katie Yeggy sensed that God was calling them to missions. As they grew in their faith and learned to surrender more fully to Christ’s leading, that calling became clearer. Today, they can look back and see how God has been preparing them for this next step all along.

Jordan and Katie, along with their daughter Cora, are preparing to move to Guatemala as full-time CMF missionaries. There they will join an existing ministry team working to establish a community center that serves vulnerable youth and families through spiritual growth, educational support, and Gospel-centered outreach.

The Yeggys bring a unique combination of professional experience, ministry leadership, and a heart for discipleship. Jordan holds degrees in Accounting and Business Management, is a Certified Public Accountant, and has spent years serving in leadership roles in finance, tax planning, and client advising. Before entering the accounting field, he also served as a deputy sheriff and spent six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

Katie earned a degree in Sustainable Horticulture and worked as a horticulturist, designing and maintaining landscapes and managing plant care projects before becoming a stay-at-home mom in 2021.

Just as importantly, the Yeggys have been deeply involved in ministry at Revive City Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jordan serves as an Elder and Prayer Team Leader, while Katie teaches preschool Sunday School. Together, they lead a small group focused on discipleship, community, and helping others grow in their relationship with Christ.

As they prepare for this move, Jordan and Katie are building a team of partners who will support them through prayer, encouragement, and financial giving. They are excited to see how God will use their family to share the hope of the Gospel and invest in the lives of young people and families in Guatemala.
