Interns, Impact, and What’s Ahead for REACH

REACH internships give young adults a front-row seat to life and ministry on the mission field—and it’s been part of CMF’s story for over 30 years. This year, we’ve got a lot to celebrate and even more to look forward to.

What We Celebrated in 2025

A record-breaking summer!
We sent out 46 U.S. interns and 4 international interns—the largest REACH group ever! But this milestone isn’t just about numbers. It’s about stories of growth, impact, and transformation. CMF is a ministry that sends missionaries from everywhere to everywhere, so sending interns from Australia, Kenya, and Chile is something we’re especially proud of.

A new twist with Georgia Tech CCF.
Christian Campus Fellowship at Georgia Tech has long been a launching pad for CMF missionaries. But this year, we flipped the script—sending our first international intern to CCF! This young leader got to experience a vibrant, diverse campus ministry in Atlanta, while CCF poured into someone from across the globe.

What’s Ahead for 2026

More international REACH interns.
We’re excited to welcome even more international interns next year! Their unique backgrounds and perspectives enrich the work God is doing through REACH around the world. And thanks to our partnership with Georgia Tech CCF, we’re seeing new doors open for international students to engage in ministry right here in the U.S.

New opportunities with partner organizations.
REACH interns serve alongside CMF missionaries and our amazing partners:

  • In Romania, interns work with orphaned children and support church planting through Remember the Children—offering tutoring, mentoring, and spiritual leadership through local outreach.
  • In Kenya, interns join Missions of Hope International, serving students, families, and communities while experiencing Kenyan culture and supporting long-term ministry.
  • In Poland, interns will serve with Proem Ministries, a dynamic, locally led organization focused on church planting, youth outreach, Christian education, and community development. Interns will help lead summer camps that reach thousands of Polish and Ukrainian kids and teens across Eastern Europe.

Every summer brings fresh stories of how God is working through our interns. We can’t wait to see the lives that will be changed in 2026—both in the interns and in the communities they serve.
