Leadership

Our leadership is committed to guide CMF with integrity and in ways that glorify God. Our directors and staff facilitate and support the work of our team members from our home office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Kip Lines, PH.D.

Executive Director — Dr. Lines oversees the mission and vision of CMF International and is the principal link between the Board of Directors and CMF team members and staff.

Before returning to CMF in 2017, Kip served as Professor of Intercultural Studies at Hope International University in Fullerton, Calif. (2012-2017). He and his wife, Katy, served alongside Turkana Christians in northern Kenya for nine years with CMF (1999-2008) and in pastoral church ministry at Hopwood Christian Church, Tenn., for four years (1995-1999). Kip graduated from Milligan College (BA) and Emmanuel Christian Seminary (MAR). Having earned his Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary, he is deeply concerned with encouraging authentic Christianity in local contextual forms around the world. Kip and Katy have two sons, Patrick and Brian, and live in the Englewood community of Indianapolis.

Juli Duvall

Director of Missionary Care and Development — Juli directs our care of missionaries in times of need and leads our efforts in further development of our missionaries and teams, helping to equip them better for the ministries in which they serve.

Doug Germann

Finance Director — Doug oversees the management and distribution of funds for CMF, team members, and fields according to the budget and guidelines set up by the Board of Directors, while ensuring competent bookkeeping procedures.

M. Jackson

Director of Marketplace Ministries — M. oversees the development of our holistic ministries that create spiritual and economic transformation by discipling leaders who advance the Kingdom of God in their businesses and communities.

Dan Leinbaugh

Communication Director — Dan formulates, implements, and evaluates communication strategies that will further the mission of the organization and ensure a consistent message, and oversees all projects for print, digital communications, multimedia, web, and conventions.

Erin McDade

Director of Advancement — Erin provides direct leadership and oversight for all external operations, including fundraising, development, communication and mobilization.

Jake Moore

Church Catalyst Director — Jake leads CMF’s church planting teams, researches new fields and the development of new teams. Jake and his wife, Erin, served on the CMF Church Catalyst team in Ethiopia from 2006-2017.

Kami Burns Reed

Globalscope Director — Kami leads CMF’s international campus ministries around the world, as well as recruiting and fundraising for these ministries.

Bethany Rivera

Director of Mobilization — Bethany strategically networks with churches, colleges, and campus ministries to develop and mobilize interns and long-term missionaries for all service opportunities with CMF.

David Case

David Case is Lead Pastor at Northwest Christian Church and is from Newberg, Oregon.

Bob Clemens

Bob Clemens is a retired executive who lives in Palm Coast, Florida. He has extensive international experience, both from living abroad and from managing people and projects globally. Bob and his wife Lz are active members of Parkview Baptist Church.

Drew Depler

Drew Depler currently serves as Regional Vice President for Christian Financial Resources. Before taking on this role, he was Executive Pastor at LifeBridge Christian Church and prior to that worked in business and technology. It has been Drew's privilege to visit missionary partners on 5 different continents over the years. Drew is married to Jennifer and they have two fantastic adult "kids". 

Gene Dobbins

Gene Dobbins is a Principal System Safety Engineer at Edge Case and lives in Aberdeen, Maryland.

Carlos Franco

Carlos Franco is a business owner and lives in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Carlos has played an instrumental part in launching and sustaining CMF ministries in Brazil.

Mike Harbin

Mike Harbin is a retired pharmacist and lives in Newnan, Georgia. He is an active member of Southwest Christian Church and has traveled the world encouraging CMF missionaries.

Lindsay Hicks

Lindsay Hicks is a fundraising professional and lives in Atlanta, GA. Her first experience with CMF was as a Globalscope exchange student in her sophomore year of college and has been a CMF advocate ever since, including participating in scouting trips, service projects and mentoring CMF missionaries. She is an active member of Atlanta Christian Church.

Kristen Hodge

Kristen Hodge is a vice president at National Bank of Indianapolis and lives in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an avid adventurer, Kristen has organized and led multiple adventure trips to raise awareness and funding for CMF ministries. She is a member of East 91st Street Christian Church.

Wende Holtzen

Wende Holtzen currently serves as Vice President for Human Resources at Marshall B. Ketchum University, a healthcare graduate school in Fullerton, CA. With more than twenty-seven years of experience in education, Wende began her career at Hope International University in Fullerton where she served for over 20 years in several roles including Director of Human Resources, and later served as Director of Human Resources at Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, CA. She currently serves on the boards of Amor Ministries in San Diego, CA and the North Orange County chapter of Professionals in Human Resources Associate (PIHRA), and in her personal time enjoys traveling with her husband of more than 39 years, Curtis.  

Nikki Hunt

Nikki Hunt has served on staff at First Christian Church in Johnson City, TN, for over 27 years and in the role of Executive Minister for over 11 years. She also oversees FCC’s engagement with global missionaries.

Ron Kastens

Ron Kastens is Dean of Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan. After serving in two local churches for nearly 30 years, Ron came to Milligan to lead Milligan’s new Ministry Leadership Program from August 2018 - June 2023. Ron graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Bible from Milligan in 1989. He went on to earn Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts. Ron is an ordained pastor with experience serving churches in Tennessee, Kentucky, and New Hampshire. He and his wife, Stacey, live in Johnson City, TN and are involved at First Christian Church in Johnson City.

Megan Clem Martz

Meagan Clem Martz currently leads the International Leadership Giving team at The Carter Center. She became involved with CMF as a Globalscope exchange student to Thailand in 2006. Megan and her husband live in Atlanta with their 2 sons and 2 cats. 

Warren Miller

Warren Miller is a retired family physician from Puyallup, Washington. Since 1988 he has served as a medical consultant to CMF and has made numerous field visits to our missionaries. He and his wife Anne are active members of Rainier View Christian Church. 

Randy Richeson

Randy Richeson retired in May 2025 as VP of Global Tax at Milliken & Co. in Spartanburg, SC.  Randy continues to be licensed as a CPA and splits his time between his residence in Johnson City, Tennessee and winter home in Gilbert, AZ. He and his wife Cheryl have four adult children. In addition to traveling to see grandchildren in VA and SC, he and Cheryl enjoy hiking and cruises. Randy likes to both watch and play basketball, tennis, and golf.

Associate Board Member

David Smith

David Smith's legal practice focuses on real estate land use, complex entitlement, regulatory compliance, and government and community relations. During his 30+ years of practice, David has represented land developers, homebuilders, conservation interests, and non-profit organizations. In 2025, David launched his own law firm after practicing in-house for both for-profit and non-profit entities as well as a nationally prominent firm. David is the proud father of three and resides with his wife, Wendy, in Southern California where he also serves as an adjunct professor at Biola University.

Roy Lawson

Roy Lawson is a retired pastor and former CMF International staff member and lives in Wentzville, Missouri.
