Partnering with Proem Ministries to Expand the Kingdom in Eastern Europe

CMF International is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Proem Ministries, a locally led Christian organization based in Poland. This collaboration marks the beginning of CMF’s work in Poland, expanding our global reach and deepening our commitment to church planting, education, and youth outreach.

Together, CMF and Proem are building a vibrant, global movement that empowers leaders, strengthens communities, and brings lasting change—both in Poland and beyond.

Ministry focus areas

Through this partnership, CMF will recruit, train, and support missionaries seconded to Proem to serve in key areas:

  • Church Planting – Supporting Proem TOMY, a growing network of church plants across Poland.
  • Youth Outreach & Camps – Engaging thousands of youth annually through Proem ZAKO, a Christian youth and conference center.
  • Christian Education – Teaching and mentoring students at Proem EDU, a school that integrates faith and academic excellence.
  • Community Outreach – Serving vulnerable populations through Proem HELP, including ongoing support for Ukrainian refugees.

Founded in 1990 in post-communist Poland, Proem Ministries began with summer camps and has grown into a multifaceted ministry impacting thousands across Eastern Europe and beyond. Their motto, “Relationships First” (Stawiamy na relacje), reflects a deep commitment to personal connection as the foundation for Gospel transformation.

Proem’s work includes:

  • Hosting over 3,500 youth annually from Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, and beyond.
  • Operating a Christian Education Center with over 550 students.
  • Planting and growing local churches.
  • Providing housing, food, and relocation support for Ukrainian refugees.
  • Creating partnerships with churches and individuals globally to expand their mission.
