A successful candidate in this ministry area should have the following qualities:
- The knowledge and skills required to use technology and graphic design, photography and video products for ministry.
- A desire to use the arts to connect with local Christian partners and to enhance community development.
- The ability to teach and train local Christian partners in the practice of media arts platforms.
