Our leadership is committed to guide CMF with integrity and in ways that glorify God. Our directors and staff facilitate and support the work of our team members from our home office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Kip Lines, Ph.D.
Executive Director – Dr. Lines oversees the mission and vision of CMF International and is the principal link between the Board of Directors and CMF team members and staff.
Before returning to CMF in 2017, Kip served as Professor of Intercultural Studies at Hope International University in Fullerton, CA (2012-2017). He and his wife, Katy, served alongside Turkana Christians in northern Kenya for 9 years with CMF (1999-2008) and in pastoral church ministry at Hopwood Christian Church, TN for 4 years (1995-1999). Kip graduated from Milligan College (BA) and Emmanuel Christian Seminary (MAR). Having earned his PhD in Intercultural Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary, he is deeply concerned with encouraging authentic Christianity in local contextual forms around the world. Kip and Katy have two sons, Patrick and Brian, and live in the Englewood community of Indianapolis.
International Consultant- Dick’s first priority is enhancing the pastoral training curriculum for Missions of Hope in Nairobi, Kenya, and coordinating teaching visits from the US. Dick also makes occasional visits to other CMF fields, represents CMF at US churches and conventions, and shares his coaching expertise with CMF recruits, missionaries, staff, and national leaders.
Marketplace and Urban Poor Ministries Director- G.L. oversees the development of our holistic ministries that address the needs of the poor living in urban areas of the world and administers the research and development of business endeavors related to world evangelization.
Church Catalyst Ministries Director- David oversees our church-planting ministries, including new fields research.
Finance Director- Doug oversees the management and distribution of funds for CMF, team members, and fields according to the budget and guidelines set up by the Board of Directors, while ensuring competent bookkeeping procedures.
Reuben Langat, Ph.D.
US Director of MOHI Partnerships — Reuben nurtures relationship with current MOHI partners and pursues new ones, leads vision trips to MOHI fields and represents MOHI at churches, colleges and conventions.
LeRoy Lawson, Ph.D.
International Consultant- LeRoy consults with CMF regarding strategic developments; represents CMF through speaking, writing, and filling selected appointments; and makes field trips for teaching, leading modules, and other strategic tasks.
Communication Director- Dan formulates, implements, and evaluates communication strategies that will further the mission of the organization and ensure a consistent message, and oversees all projects for print, digital communications, multimedia, web, and conventions.
Sponsorship Director – Lacey leads the child sponsorship team in the Indianapolis office and manages the development of the program processes in the US and on the field. She coordinates communications with all sponsorship fields and promotes sponsorship in the US.
Mobilization Director – Steve networks with current missionaries, CMF staff, church leaders and professors to locate and develop high-quality missionary candidates.
Globalscope Director- Phil oversees CMF’s international campus ministries around the world, as well as recruiting and fund-raising for these ministries.
The CMF Board of Directors represents many vocations and a broad geographical base, but all members are committed to advancing Christ’s transformation of the world through the work of CMF and their own churches and communities. They continually provide great wisdom, insight and support toward accomplishing CMF’s mission of creating dynamic Christ-centered communities that transform the world.
Board members are selected by election by CMF’s membership, which is composed of contributing churches, individuals, groups, missionaries and recruits. Members serve three-year terms and attend biannual meetings in Indianapolis or on a CMF mission field.
Bob Clemens is Vice-President and Chief Technical Officer at Kennametal in Latrobe, Pa. Bob serves as the Chair of the Finance and Development Committee. His term ends December 2018.
Greg Coley is the Minister to Youth and Young Adults at Grandview Christian Church, Johnson City, Tenn., and a former CMF missionary to Thailand. Greg serves on the Church Catalyst Committee. His term ends December 2019.
Drew Depler serves as the Global Outreach Pastor at LifeBridge Christian Church, Longmont, Col. Drew serves on the Church Catalyst Committee. His term ends December 2020.
Jim Donovan is a professor and department chair at Point University, West Point, Ga. Jim serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors. His term ends December 2020.
Rick Grover is Senior Pastor at East 91st Street Christian Church, Indianapolis, Ind. Rick serves on the Church Catalyst Committee. His term ends December 2019.
Craig Hanson is the Executive Pastor of Operations at Connection Pointe Christian Church, Brownsburg Ind. Craig serves on the Finance and Development Committee. His term ends December 2019.
Matt Hessel serves as Campus Pastor at the Northwest campus of Traders Point Christian Church in Whitestown, Ind. Matt serves on the Marketplace and Urban Poor Committee. His term ends December 2018.
Kristen Hodge is a non-profit Commercial Banker and a member at East 91st Street Christian Church, Indianapolis, Ind. Kristen serves on the Mobilization and Partnership Committee.
Greg Johnson is the Pastor Emeritus of Generations Christian Church, Trinity, FL and a former CMF missionary to Kenya. Greg serves on the Mobilization and Partnership Committee. His term ends December 2020.
Jennifer Johnson is the Chief Communications Officer at Johnson University. She is a member of Levittown Christian Church, Levittown, Pa. Jennifer serves as the Chair of the Marketplace and Urban Poor Committee. Her term ends December 2018.
Ron Kastens serves as the Lead Pastor of CrossWay Christian Church, Nashua, New Hampshire. Ron serves on the Mobilization and Partnership Committee. His term ends December 2018.
Mariana Luna de Fortis
Mariana Luna de Fortis is a psychotherapist and Community Health Evangelism champion of the urban poor ministry work in Mexico City. Mariana is a member of the Maranatha Church, Mexico City, Mexico. Mariana serves on the Marketplace and Urban Poor Committee. Her term ends December 2020.
Warren Miller is a physician and an active member of Rainier View Christian Church, Tacoma, Wash. Warren serves on the Finance and Development Committee. His term ends December 2019.
Bryan Myers serves as Senior Pastor of Academy Christian Church, Colorado Springs, Colo. Bryan serves on the Church Catalyst Committee. His term ends December 2018.
Nancy Pace, a retired physician, is a consultant for Fundraising and Organizational Development and member of Kaimuki Christian Church, Honolulu HI. Nancy serves on the Mobilization and Partnership Committee.
Julie Ronde is a member of the Pikes Peak Christian Church, Colorado Springs, Colo. She has served on the Global Impact Ministries Board along with the Finance Committee for International Missions since 2001. Julie serves on the Marketplace and Urban Poor Committee. Her term ends December 2019.
