Dr. Daniel Koitatoi: ‘We are so proud of his faith and focus!’

As Gary and Judy Woods watched young Daniel grow up in Nkiito, Kenya, they knew he had been blessed with special gifts. That promise was fulfilled recently when the young boy – now  a married man, father and teacher – graduated from medical school and became Dr. Daniel Koitatoi.

“We watched him grow up and he was obviously very smart,” said CMF team member Gary Woods, who was serving in Kenya at that time. “He was the number one student in preschool through grade eight, and did very well in secondary school, too.”

Raelyn Nicholson and MOHI health projects: ‘We will need lots of prayer in 2020!’

Raelyn Nicholson’s background and degrees in both nursing and teaching make her the perfect person to serve as the Health Quality Assurance Coordinator of Missions of Hope International (MOHI) in Kenya. After serving there for a year, she visited the CMF office to re-commit to going back for another term and shared what keeps her going in the face of overwhelming need.

Crossroads Church GO Weekend gives hope to hundreds through sponsorship

“Child sponsorship is one of the heartbeats of our church,” said Brianna Hoover of Crossroads Church in Corona, California. The church affirmed this by sponsoring 465 more children from Missions of Hope International (MOHI) schools in Kenya during their recent Global Outreach Weekend, bringing their total number of sponsorships to more than 1,350 children!
