Campus ministers Greg and Elisabet Klass will soon leave the Santiago community to plant a second El Oasis about 75 miles away in Viña del Mar, Chile.

“The Santiago community came together to give Greg and Eli a palm tree as a symbol of expanding the community of El Oasis from Santiago to Viña,” said campus minister Philip Linkous. “Chilean ministry team members Viky Aguayo and Jorge Marambio will join the new ministry team with Greg and Eli, as well as graduating student Xime Barrera. All three of these young people came up through the Santiago El Oasis ministry.

“This is something that we have dreamed about for years,” added Philip. “We are thrilled that is now actually happening!”
