Their work

Pam, along with another member of the MFT have formed a TIC (transformacion integral comunitaria/community integral transformation)which is the MFT form of expression for CHE (community health evangelism). The TIC team promotes CHE principles to churches and community leaders in an effort to form classes of trainers to undergo “training of trainers” classes. Vic is involved in leadership development. To that end, he along with two Mexican pastors, have developed and implemented an itinerant bible training institute that is in its’ first year of operation. In addition, Vic is developing training modules for the CMF planted churches in Metro-Mexico city on various topics.

A closer look

From 1995 to 2008, Vic and Pam served with the CMF-Chile church-planting team. They first worked in church planting among the middle class in Santiago and Concepcion. Later, they planted a church in Boca Sur, a working poor area of Concepción. Vic trained church leaders through a national Bible institute. Pam’s ministry with women included one-on-ones to a conference on a national level.
