David + Teresa Fittro
Their work
David and Teresa began their ministry with the CMF church-planting team in 1992. With their teammates, they launched the Christian Celebration in September 1993 using contemporary evening services. The Christian Celebration is now self-supporting and operates under British leadership.
Located in Nottingham since 2003, David and Teresa have been working with teens. Their work involves hosting a community youth club, teaching about Christianity in the schools, and conducting large outreach events. They now have a group of teens who gather in their home each week for ‘The Point,’ a group aimed at helping teens explore the Christian faith. There are approximately 50 teens involved in The Point.
The Fittros envision a community youth ministry center, which will house a youth church, cafe, a youth club, partners are needed to help make this vision a reality.
