Pam, along with another member of the MFT have formed a TIC (trasformacion integral comunitaria/community integral transformation)which is the MFT form of expression for CHE (community health evangelism). The TIC team promotes CHE principles to churches and community leaders in an effort to form classes of trainers to undergo “training of trainers” classes. Vic is involved in leadership development. To that end, he along with two Mexican pastors, have developed and implemented an itinerant bible training institute that is in its’ first year of operation. In addition, Vic is developing training modules for the CMF planted churches in Metro-Mexico city on various topics.
